Help for connecting, drawing, and caring for your sand painting machine.
The app cannot find my machine.
Keep the iPhone within a few meters of the table. Confirm the machine is powered on, Bluetooth is enabled, and no other phone is holding the connection. Then force-close Soinotiin and try again.
A drawing stopped halfway.
Check that the machine still has power and that the app still shows Connected. Use Pause, then Resume. If the sand bed is uneven, Reset and start the pattern again.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no registration, no login, and no user account. Pairing and local settings stay on the iPhone.
Why does the app need the internet?
Pattern pictures and catalog information are downloaded from the cloud. Controlling the sand painting machine still uses Bluetooth only. If the iPhone is offline, the library may not load.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Write to soinotiin@gmail.com from the email you used to contact us. We will delete support correspondence and any associated records we control, unless we must keep them for a legal reason.
